সেতুষার রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা

SETUSHAR.COM.BD সর্বদা গ্রাহকদের কাছে কেবলমাত্র অরিজিনাল এবং অথেনটিক  মানসম্মত প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ করে। সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রোডাক্টে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হলে তা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখ থাকে অথবা ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে প্রোডাক্টের সাথে প্রদত্ত ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ডে উল্লেখিত থাকে।

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা:

• যেকোনো প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি পিরিয়ডে সর্বোচ্চ একবার রিপ্লেস করা যাবে। 
• প্রথমবার রিপ্লেসের পর পুনরায় সমস্যা দেখা দিলে (যদি ওয়ারেন্টি সক্রিয় থাকে) সেই প্রোডাক্ট কেবলমাত্র সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় আসবে। সুতরাং, একবারের বেশি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা সম্ভব নয়।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে:

• ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি বিদ্যমান থাকলে।
• অপারেটিং সিস্টেম সম্পর্কিত সমস্যা দেখা দিলে (তবে কোনো থার্ড-পার্টি অ্যাপ সম্পর্কিত সমস্যা এ ক্ষেত্রে অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়)।
• ডিভাইসজনিত সমস্যার কারণে সম্পূর্ণভাবে পাওয়ার না আসলে। (তবে এক্সেসরিজ যেমন- রিমোট, কিবোর্ড, ব্যাটারি, লাইট ইত্যাদির জন্য কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।)
• প্রোডাক্ট যদি স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে ৬০% পারফরম্যান্সের নিচে নেমে গিয়ে বারবার রিস্টার্ট নেয় বা কার্যক্ষম না থাকে।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে না:

• প্রোডাক্ট যদি শারীরিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত (ড্যামেজ/ভাঙা) হয়।
• প্রোডাক্ট যদি পুড়ে যায় বা অস্বাভাবিক ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হয়।
• প্রোডাক্টে অরিজিনাল ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার বা প্রয়োজনীয় সফটওয়্যার অনুপস্থিত থাকলে।
• প্রোডাক্টকে অস্বাভাবিকভাবে ব্যবহার করলে বা এমন পরিবেশে ব্যবহার করলে, যেখানে সেটি ব্যবহারযোগ্য নয়।
• পূর্বে রিপ্লেস করা প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে পুনরায় কোনো রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

অতিরিক্ত শর্তাবলী:

• রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদানের জন্য আমাদের কাছে পর্যাপ্ত স্টক না থাকলে প্রসেসিংয়ে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
• যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেস করা সম্ভব না হয় এবং ভবিষ্যতেও উক্ত প্রোডাক্ট স্টক করার সুযোগ না থাকে, সে ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে বিকল্প হিসেবে সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হবে।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা:

প্রোডাক্ট বা প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় সংক্রান্ত অন্য কোনো সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে, আমাদের Return Policy এবং Terms & Conditions অনুসরণযোগ্য হবে, যা গ্রাহকের জন্য অতিরিক্ত দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করবে।

SETUSHAR Replacement Warranty Policy

SETUSHAR.COM.BD always supplies only original, authentic, and high-quality products to its customers. If warranty is applicable to a particular product, it will be mentioned on our website or, in some cases, on the warranty card provided with the product.

Replacement Warranty Policy:

• Any product can be replaced only once within the replacement warranty period.
• If an issue arises again after the first replacement (while the warranty is still valid), the product will only fall under service warranty coverage. Therefore, more than one replacement is not possible.

Cases Where Replacement Is Applicable:

• If there is a manufacturing defect.
• If an operating system–related problem occurs (however, this does not include any issue caused by third-party apps).
• If the device fails to power on due to device-related issues. (Accessories such as remote, keyboard, battery, lights, etc., are not covered by warranty.)
• If, under normal usage, the product drops below 60% performance and continuously restarts or becomes non-functional.

Cases Where Replacement Will Not Be Applicable:

• If the product is physically damaged (damaged/broken).
• If the product is burned or faces any abnormal damage.
• If the original warranty sticker or required software is missing from the product.
• If the product has been used abnormally or in an environment where it is not intended to be used.
• If the product has already been replaced once, no further replacement will be applicable.

Additional Conditions:

• If sufficient stock is not available for replacement, additional time may be required to process the replacement.
• If a product cannot be replaced under any circumstances and there is no possibility of stocking it in the future, a service warranty will be provided to the customer as an alternative.
