সেকশন ২ – প্রোডাক্টস

SETUSHAR.COM.BD-এর সকল প্রোডাক্ট অনলাইনে উপলব্ধ। প্রোডাক্টের সংখ্যা সীমিত হতে পারে, তাই রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ শুধুমাত্র আমাদের Return & Replacement Policy অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হবে।

SETUSHAR.COM.BD-এর কাছে যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রেরণ, প্রি-অর্ডার দেওয়া বা প্রোডাক্টের সীমিত সংখ্যা উপলব্ধ থাকলে সেটি বাতিল বা সীমিত করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষিত। এই অধিকার প্রযোজ্য হবে একই একাউন্ট, বিলিং এড্রেস, পেমেন্ট একাউন্ট এবং/অথবা শিপিং এড্রেসের ক্ষেত্রে। অর্ডার বাতিল বা সীমিতকরণের প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা অর্ডারে থাকা কন্টাক্ট নম্বর বা ইমেইল ঠিকানার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করব। কোনো বিশেষ অফারের ক্ষেত্রে, যদি আমাদের বিচার অনুযায়ী মনে হয় যে কোনো ডিলার, ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর বা রিসেলার অর্ডার করেছেন, SETUSHAR.COM.BD সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

একই ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল ঠিকানা বা একাউন্ট তথ্য ব্যবহার করে একাধিক একাউন্ট তৈরি করা অনুমোদিত নয়। যদি কেউ এভাবে একাধিক একাউন্ট তৈরি করতে সক্ষম হয়, তবে সেই ব্যক্তির কোনও অফার, ডিসকাউন্ট, ডিল বা কুপন একাধিকবার প্রয়োগ করা হবে না এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডার বাতিল বা ক্যান্সেল করার অধিকার SETUSHAR.COM.BD সংরক্ষণ করে।

সেকশন ৪ – ডিসকাউন্ট ও প্রোমোশন

SETUSHAR.COM.BD-এর কুপন কোড, প্রমো কোড, ডিসকাউন্ট অফার বা সাইনআপ অফার মূলত প্রোডাক্টের সাধারণ মূল্য কমানোর জন্য প্রযোজ্য। একবার ডিসকাউন্ট কুপন বা গিফট কার্ড ব্যবহার করে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হলে, সেটি আর রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য হবে না। একই ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল ঠিকানা ব্যবহার করে কোনো গ্রাহক একাধিকবার একই ডিসকাউন্ট বা অফার গ্রহণ করতে পারবে না।

প্রমোশনাল এসএমএস বা অফারের ব্যানারে শুধুমাত্র মূল অফারের তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হবে; বিস্তারিত শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখ থাকে। তাই অফার গ্রহণের আগে Terms & Conditions পর্যালোচনা করার সুযোগ আপনার জন্য থাকবে। SETUSHAR.COM.BD যেকোনো সময় পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই অফার সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন বা বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্টের দাম ভুলভাবে কম প্রদর্শিত হয় এবং অর্ডার করা হয়, SETUSHAR.COM.BD সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করার এবং পূর্বপরিশোধকৃত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়ার অধিকার রাখে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, ৳১,২০০ মূল্যের প্রোডাক্ট ভুলক্রমে ৳১২.০০ প্রদর্শিত হলে, অর্ডার দেওয়া হলেও তা বাতিল করা হবে এবং রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

সেকশন ৬ – অর্ডার বাতিল (Order Cancellation)

SETUSHAR.COM.BD সর্বদা অরিজিনাল, মানসম্মত এবং অথেনটিক প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রয় নিশ্চিত করে। প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির আগে অথরাইজড ভেন্ডর থেকে প্রাপ্ত হয়ে কোয়ালিটি চেকের মধ্য দিয়ে যায়। যদি প্রোডাক্টের কোয়ালিটি পরীক্ষা করার পর কোনো ত্রুটি বা সমস্যা ধরা পড়ে, SETUSHAR.COM.BD সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। এটি গ্রাহকদের সেরা শপিং অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদান নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রয়োজন।

অতিরিক্তভাবে, প্রোডাক্ট স্টক না থাকলে বা স্টক আউট হয়ে গেলে, SETUSHAR.COM.BD অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট স্টক পূর্বেই নির্ধারণ করা যায় না, যেমন অপ্রত্যাশিত ইনভেন্টরি সমস্যা, ওয়েবসাইট ম্যানেজমেন্ট সমস্যা, ভেন্ডর স্টক আপডেট সমস্যা বা হঠাৎ প্রোডাক্টের চাহিদা বেড়ে যাওয়া। এই ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে অর্ডার বাতিল করা এবং পূর্বপরিশোধকৃত অর্থ ফেরত প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

সেকশন ৭ – নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার (Prohibited Use)

SETUSHAR.COM.BD-এর ওয়েবসাইট এবং সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার সময় কিছু কার্যক্রম সম্পূর্ণভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। এই ধরনের ব্যবহার করলে আমরা আপনার সার্ভিস ব্যবহার সীমিত বা একাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখি। নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রমের মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত:

৫. লিঙ্গ, ধর্ম, জাতি, যৌন প্রবণতা, বয়স, জাতীয়তা বা অক্ষমতার ভিত্তিতে হয়রানি, অপমান, ক্ষতি বা ভয় দেখানো।

৬. মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য সরবরাহ করা।

৭. ভাইরাস, মালিশিয়াস কোড বা অন্য কোন প্রোগ্রাম ব্যবহার করে সাইটের কার্যক্রমে ব্যাঘাত সৃষ্টি করা।

৮. অন্যের পার্সোনাল তথ্য বা সংবেদনশীল ডেটা সংগ্রহ বা ব্যবহার করা।

৯. স্প্যাম, ফিশিং, ক্রল, স্ক্র্যাপিং বা অন্য অননুমোদিত স্বয়ংক্রিয় কার্যক্রম করা।

১০. অশ্লীল, অনৈতিক বা অমার্জিত উদ্দেশ্যে সার্ভিস বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার।

১১. সার্ভিস, ওয়েবসাইট বা ইন্টারনেট নিরাপত্তা বৈশিষ্ট্যে হস্তক্ষেপ বা বাধা প্রদান।

এই শর্তগুলি লঙ্ঘন করলে SETUSHAR.COM.BD আপনার সার্ভিস ব্যবহার সীমিত বা একাউন্ট বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Section 6 – Order Cancellation
SETUSHAR.COM.BD always ensures the sale of original, high-quality, and authentic products. Each product undergoes a quality check from an authorized vendor before delivery. If any defect or issue is found during quality inspection, SETUSHAR.COM.BD reserves the right to cancel the order to ensure the best shopping experience for customers.

Additionally, if a product is out of stock or unavailable, SETUSHAR.COM.BD reserves the right to cancel the order.
